John McKibben

Advisor: Application of the Toyota Production System (TPS)

Knowledge and Experience

John brings more than 15 years of operations and manufacturing management experience. His background includes 12 years working for the automotive industry (General Motors), and three years working in the food industry (Nestle). He spent two years working for the General Motors’ NUMMI operation in California where he worked directly with Toyota managers implementing and expanding the application of the Toyota Production System. During that time he developed and trained more than 2000 NUMMI and supplier personnel.
